　　M.Y. Timber has introduced F-OSB (Fine-surface Overlay Ready Oriented Strand Board) in response to market demand—a substrate tailored for the high-end decorative panel market. It has obtained formaldehyde exemption certifications from both the U.S. CARB and EPA.
　　F-OSB features a flexible surface composed of fine pine strands, making it ideally suited for a variety of surface finishing processes, including melamine paper, synchronized grain printing, PET laminating, surface coating, and UV painting. Thanks to its oriented strand layout and symmetrical structure, the board exhibits strong internal bond strength and exceptional stability,delivering outstanding performance with popular surface treatments such as wood veneer pressing and 3D deep-textured finishing.
